Living masters

The masters who guide Rifāʿī communities today are the living heart of the path. Their profiles will appear on this site — but only with their consent, and in their own community's words.

How a profile is made

  1. The master, or a delegate he or she names, agrees in writing to be profiled.
  2. The community supplies or approves the biography and the portrait.
  3. The page shows the master's place in the chain, as the line gives it, and links to the community's official website.
  4. No home address, private telephone or family details are published — only the city and the official contact.
  5. Each profile is re-confirmed every year and removed within seven days on request.
  6. This site does not rank, compare or endorse masters.
